designed to make returns and refunds simple and straightforward.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:
• Timeframe: Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Condition: Products must be unopened, unused, and returned in their original packaging
with all seals intact.
• Proof of Purchase: You must provide your order number or proof of purchase, such as your
order confirmation email.
• Non-Returnable Items: Opened products, used products, or items damaged after delivery
are not eligible for return.

2. How to Return a Product

To initiate a return, follow these steps:
• Contact Us: Email support@dralexskincare.com with your order number and reason for
return.
• Receive Return Authorization: We’ll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
number and shipping instructions.
• Ship the Product: Package the unopened product securely and include the RMA number.
Ship to the address provided within 7 days of receiving the RMA.
• Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the
return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective product).

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will:
• Process Your Refund: If the return meets our eligibility criteria, we’ll issue a refund to your
original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• Refund Amount: Refunds cover the product cost and do not include original shipping fees.
• Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we’ll cover
return shipping costs and provide either a full refund or replacement.
• Notification: You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed.

4. Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items only. To request an exchange:
• Follow the return process above and specify you’d like a replacement.
• We’ll ship a new product at no additional cost once the original item is received and
inspected.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at
support@dralexskincare.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll arrange
a free return and provide a replacement or full refund.

6. Non-Returnable Circumstances

We cannot accept returns if:
• The product has been opened or used, as this affects hygiene and safety.
• The return is requested after 30 days from delivery.
• The product was purchased from a third-party retailer (please contact the retailer directly).
